X Shore seeks an experienced marine/EV service technician to work remotely from a home base in the United States, with up to 50% travel to dealers and owners across the US. You will diagnose high‑voltage, propulsion, charging and onboard software issues on boats and sign off before handover.

You will train dealer and marina technicians, certify them as X Shore service partners, and manage warranty cases from first report to closure, coordinating parts from Sweden.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as marine or EV technician.
• High-voltage certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Comfortable with diagnostics software, CAN bus and battery systems.
• Able to travel 50% and train others.

Responsabilités

• Commission boats at dealers/owners and sign off before handover.
• Diagnose and repair HV, propulsion, charging and software issues on site.
• Train dealer and marina technicians and certify them as X Shore service partners.
• Run warranty cases from first report to closed, parts ordered from Sweden.
• Keep a service log per boat and report open issues weekly.
