Arc Boats Co. is hiring for a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters with up to 75% travel. The position focuses on assembling and integrating electrical and mechanical systems for high-voltage marine platforms, routing wire harnesses, and integrating interfaces such as CAN, Ethernet, and Modbus.

You will diagnose issues in 1000V DC and 480V AC systems and support sea trials. Candidates should bring 4+ years in high-voltage environments (EV/marine), ability to read schematics,

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience with high-voltage systems (EV, industrial, marine, or similar).
• Familiarity with electrical communication systems (CAN, Modbus, Ethernet).
• Experience reading electrical schematics, system diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience using standard electrical diagnostic tools to verify system functionality.
• Experience creating work instructions and documenting processes from inception to execution.
• Up to 75% travel (local and occasional remote), including dockside and on-water work environments.
• Able to stand 6–10 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to access vessels on water.

Responsabilidades

• Assembling and integrating electrical and mechanical systems on marine platforms.
• Building and routing wire harnesses and fiber optic cables where applicable.
• Installing and terminating electrical components and interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, Modbus).
• Diagnosing electrical issues in high-voltage DC and AC systems.
• Assembling pneumatic and hydraulic systems for prototype builds.
• Supporting development builds and qualifying systems for sea trials.
• Performing root-cause troubleshooting and delivering timely resolutions.
