Job summary

X Shore USA seeks a seasoned boat sales professional to expand our West Coast dealer network, covering California, Puget Sound and nearby markets. You will sign stocking dealers, lead sea trials, and participate in regional shows starting Seattle and Southern California in early 2027.

Base salary plus uncapped commission, travel reimbursement, and a fast-moving team await. You will negotiate complex deals with dealers, clubs and marinas while delivering strong, market-aware insights on electric

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling boats or marine products to US dealers
• Strong dealer relationships and responsiveness
• Honest about what electric boats can do today
• Comfortable with pay packages tied to sales
• Authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Sign stocking dealers in Southern California, the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe and Puget Sound
• Run sea trials and participate in Seattle and Southern California shows in early 2027
• Open boat-club, marina and resort accounts alongside dealers
• Support our application to California's CORE voucher program for commercial buyers
• Report pipeline weekly: leads, sea trials, offers, deposits
