Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of State is seeking an Elections Analyst 2 to support the Election Management system across counties. You will coordinate with election officials, tech partners, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data and reliable system performance.

The role emphasizes data integrity and responsive user support. As part of the team, you will participate in testing, readiness, audits, and documentation, while developing public data responses and maintaining policies.

Qualifications

• One year as Elections Analyst 1 or equivalent Commonwealth or Federal title.
• Two years of experience evaluating public programs or IT systems; degree as noted.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact between department staff, county election officials, vendors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain accurate election, voter, ballot and related data for integrity.
• Identify process improvements and document approved system enhancements.
• Provide guidance on system functions, data usage and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in system testing, readiness activities, audits and reconciliations.
• Develop reports, maintain system docs, respond to public data requests, review procedures.
