Qualifications

• One year of professional experience evaluating public programs or information technology systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, public policy, political science, or information technology; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Respond to support requests from county election offices, voters, and Department of State staff.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and create presentations, tutorials, manuals, and other learning resources for users.
• System Testing: Develop testing plans, participate in user acceptance testing, and support election-related testing and auditing activities.
• Requirements Analysis: Gather information through research, interviews, surveys, and collaborative sessions to identify system needs and improvements.
• Process Improvement: Recommend changes to business processes, procedures, and information systems that support program and training goals.
• Data Reporting: Maintain databases and spreadsheets, collect and analyze information, and prepare reports, charts, tables, and graphs.
