Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an Elections Analyst 2 to support the Election Management system, coordinating with county election officials, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate data, reliable system performance, and strong support across the Commonwealth.

You will perform testing and readiness activities, develop reports, and maintain system documentation, with option for part-time telework and a standard 8:30–5 schedule.

Qualifications

• One year as an Elections Analyst 1 or equivalent title.
• Two years of professional experience evaluating public programs or IT systems.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between department staff, county election officials, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of election data, voter registration, ballots.
• Identify process improvements and document approved requests.
• Provide guidance on system functions and data usage.
• Participate in system testing, audits, and readiness activities.
• Develop reports and maintain system documentation.
