Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a tech-savvy IT Support-Election Day (Temp) representative to provide critical technology support for polling locations in Columbia, SC on Election Day, November 3, 2026. You will travel within an assigned zone to assist polling locations with election equipment support, basic troubleshooting, and user assistance.

Training will be provided before Election Day, and you will work with a coordinated support team to keep polling operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Provide on-site Election Day technology support at polling locations.
Troubleshoot election equipment and basic technical issues.
Travel within an assigned zone to respond to support needs.
Pass background and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

Travel to polling locations to provide on-site technology support.
Troubleshoot computer, equipment, and connectivity issues related to election operations.
Assist poll workers with equipment questions and proper use of technology tools.
Communicate status updates, issues, and resolutions to the appropriate support contacts.
Provide calm, professional customer service in a high-visibility Election Day environment.
Follow established procedures to support accuracy, reliability, and smooth operations.
