InteLogix seeks a Technical Support Representative for an onsite overnight shift in El Paso, TX. You will be the first contact for residential customers, diagnosing and resolving connectivity and router issues in real time via phone, text chat, and email.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing support role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; patient guidance.
• Working knowledge of routers and home networking.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text chat, and email.
• Assess urgency and provide calm, professional solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues the same day when possible.
• Diagnose router/home networking issues and guide setup.
• Document all interactions in the Tech Support Desktop system.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction per client guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
