Job summary

LEDVANCE is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager at our headquarters in Wilmington, MA. You will oversee EHS programs across US distribution centers and other operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

You will lead risk assessments, conduct training, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field; master preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in EHS.
• Certifications CSP/CIH desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001/45001 and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage EHS programs and policies across US operations.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain OSHA logs.
• Oversee EHS training programs for employees.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, QA, and Facilities.
