Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Corporate Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Specialist based in Ewing, New Jersey, on a hybrid basis. The role supports development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, safety, and sustainability systems across operations, partnering with site leadership to ensure consistent practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years coordinating safety, health or environmental activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated communication and leadership across multiple sites; ability to guide system implementation and continuous improvement.
• Extensive knowledge of safety, environmental, and health systems and compliance requirements including chemical management, confined space, radiation, lasers, hearing conservation, industrial hygiene, Permit to Work, machine safety and lockout/tagout, work at heights, behavior-based safety, PPE, stormwater, wastewater, spill response, and hazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute site safety, environmental, health initiatives and procedures.
• Coordinate environmental, health, safety, and sustainability performance metrics across sites.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis; participate in global cases.
• Audit activities; track corrective actions and support audits at other sites.
• Drive best-in-class safety program deployment, training, and coaching.
