Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to ensure facility compliance with corporate and governmental EHS standards. The role leads training, audits, waste management, and improvement projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on EHS leadership, ability to collaborate across management levels, and experience driving EHS initiatives while managing a small team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety or environmental fields is required.
• 4–6 years in manufacturing and 1–3 years EHS experience is required.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across multiple teams is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data reporting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS program development, training, audits and improvement projects.
• Manage EHS staff, safety committees and awareness programs.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and internal EHS, engineering and facilities teams.
• Develop and manage the site EHS budget and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure waste management, permitting, auditing and reporting obligations are met.
• Drive a strong safety culture and engage local employees in EHS initiatives.
