Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health Safety & Sustainability Manager in North Jackson, OH. You will lead safety, environmental, and security programs across multiple facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and a proactive safety culture.

This role requires a strong EHS background in manufacturing and a passion for zero-harm operations. The successful candidate will oversee EMS certification, incident investigations, and data-driven improvements while mentoring EHSS staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial safety, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive EHS program management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; ability to train employees and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day EHS leadership including safety, IH, emergency response, and environmental support.
• Identify hazards, write guidelines, and implement control practices to protect personnel.
• Conduct routine EHS inspections and audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Oversee site environmental programs including hazardous waste, stormwater, air emissions and wastewater pretreatment.
• Coordinate security-related activities to protect people, property, and assets.
• Maintain EMS certification; manage the EMS program and drive ISO 14001 alignment.
• Lead incident and case management including investigations and return-to-work programs.
• Track EHS performance and prepare KPI reports for leadership.
• Collect and analyze EHSS metrics and communicate trends to site and corporate teams.
