Job summary

HRT Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist for our Northeast Ohio site. The role leads regulatory compliance, safety programs, audits, and continuous improvement across the facility.

You will partner with leadership to strengthen the safety culture, coach operations leadership on EHS requirements, and ensure effective incident investigations and corrective actions. Strong communication and data-driven insights are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in heavy manufacturing or process industries.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and compliance.
• Experience implementing EHS management systems.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS programs, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Partner with leadership to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Develop and maintain policies to reduce workplace risks and environmental impacts.
• Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS training and track key metrics for continuous improvement.
