Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety, environmental health, and compliance across manufacturing facilities. You will drive proactive programs that protect workers and the environment while partnering with regulators and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of EHS program management experience in manufacturing, with strong regulatory knowledge and training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive EHS program management experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership: daily health, safety, industrial hygiene, emergency response, and environmental support to facility personnel.
• Identify and mitigate risks: evaluate hazards, establish guidelines, implement robust controls.
• Conduct audits & inspections: perform routine EHS inspections and audits and review investigation reports for corrective actions.
• Drive safety culture: develop, prioritize, and deliver comprehensive EHS training and awareness programs.
• Manage environmental compliance: oversee hazardous waste management, stormwater, air emission tracking, and wastewater pretreatment.
