Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead day-to-day health, safety, environmental, and security programs.

You will develop robust EHS training, manage audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations while coordinating with facilities and leadership. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive EHS program management experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership: day-to-day health, safety, industrial hygiene, emergency response, and environmental support.
• Identify and mitigate risks by evaluating hazards and implementing control practices.
• Conduct audits and inspections; review investigation reports for corrective actions.
• Drive safety culture with training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Oversee site environmental programs including hazardous waste, stormwater, air emissions and wastewater pretreatment.
• Oversee security operations to protect people, property and assets.
• Maintain EMS certification and update EMS to ISO 14001 as per corporate program.
• Lead incident and case management: emergency response, investigations, return-to-work, workers' comp.
• Track EHS performance and prepare KPI reports for leadership and corporate stakeholders.
