Job summary

Pay.Com is seeking an EH&S Manager in Troy, OH to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred but not required.
• Strong technical and regulatory expertise in environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Advanced certification or additional specialized safety education is desirable.
• Minimum five years’ experience in manufacturing and safety-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement environmental, health, and safety policies in compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws including OSHA.
• Lead safety programs to prevent accidents and incidents and promote proper use of safety equipment.
• Coordinate emergency services and maintain safety records, reports, and OSHA documentation.
• Plan trainings for managers and employees on safety practices, chemical handling, and incident response.
• Conduct monthly inspections and lead accident investigations as needed.
