Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 2+ years in an EHS role, industrial or field environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state EHS regulations.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and safety audits.
• Experience leading incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or OSHA 30 are a plus.
• Excellent communication and training skills; strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures in line with regs.
• Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and audits.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Deliver EHS training and safety orientations for staff.
• Maintain EHS records and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
• Collaborate with management to foster a proactive safety culture.
• Track safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
