Job summary

• Experience leading incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or OSHA 30 are a plus.
• Excellent communication and training skills; strong organization.

About the Role:

REELSAFE SAFETY LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented EHS Specialist to join our team in Ambler, PA. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Conduct routine workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and environmental audits
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning
• Deliver EHS training programs and safety orientations for employees at all levels
• Maintain accurate EHS records, reports, and regulatory documentation (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
• Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory standards
• Collaborate with management and operations teams to promote a proactive safety culture
• Track and analyze safety metrics, KPIs, and trends to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in an industrial or field environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state EHS regulations
• Experience conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Relevant certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or OSHA 30 preferred
• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management software
