Qualifications

• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and training skills for diverse teams.
• Certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or OSHA 30 are a plus.
• Proficiency in maintaining safety records and reports.
• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to continuous safety improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs for regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at sites.
• Investigate incidents and lead root cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to all employees.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations.
• Maintain EHS records and OSHA 300 logs.
• Collaborate with management to promote a strong safety culture.
