Job summary

REELSAFE SAFETY LLC in Odessa, TX seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety initiatives, build a culture of safety, and protect workers in a fast-paced environment. You will develop programs, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with operations to embed best practices into daily workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in EHS management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of EHS management experience in industrial, oil & gas, or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ regulations.
• Experience leading incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or OSHA 30 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to mitigate hazards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks.
• Maintain EHS records and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate safety into workflows.
