Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field with relevant experience.
• Advanced Safety Specialist Certification preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience interpreting and implementing environmental, health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and training materials.
• Lead hazard assessments and risk controls for an early-stage discovery laboratory.
• Investigate incidents and track safety performance indicators to drive corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and conformance with EHS Management System.
• Collaborate with internal EHS network to share best practices.
