Job summary

S3 AeroDefense, LLC is seeking a Safety, Environmental, and Compliance Coordinator to oversee workplace safety programs, regulatory compliance, and facility-related activities. Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in safety coordination, environmental compliance, or facilities coordination is preferred.
• Experience maintaining compliance records, logs, dashboards, and tracking systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate safety, environmental, and compliance programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver safety onboarding, training, toolbox talks, and compliance communications.
• Maintain compliance records, dashboards, and KPIs for audit readiness and improvement.
• Support internal and customer audits and regulatory inspections with organized records and corrective actions.
• Coordinate incident reporting, inspections, corrective actions, and recordkeeping to ensure consistency.
