Job summary

Talent Search Pro is seeking an EHS Coordinator to deliver technical safety, health, and environmental compliance support at the Mill. The role involves developing and coordinating safety programs, training, and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with Federal and State requirements.

Responsibilities include leading hazard analyses, building and maintaining safety systems, and guiding plant leadership on safety leadership and improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with at least 5 years' experience in a wood products manufacturing environment preferred.
• An associate's or BS degree in industrial safety and compliance, or environmental compliance, or equivalent.
• Experience with OSHA and EPA recordkeeping and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical safety, health, and environmental compliance support to Mill personnel.
• Prepares written safety and health programs and policies.
• Identifies Mill safety training needs and develops and coordinates safety training programs.
• Participates in process reviews and safety-related activities.
• Supports plant leadership with safety documentation and training resources.
• Manage safety and environmental recordkeeping and reporting.
