Sila Nanotechnologies, Inc. is seeking a Corporate EHS&S Program Manager to architect and govern company-wide Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams with a focus on safety, compliance, and governance as we scale manufacturing in the US. The role requires 10+ years in EHS&S and 5+ years leading large-scale programs, with a CSP or CIH preferred.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience building and scaling corporate EHS&S programs within heavy tech, chemicals, automotive, or advanced manufacturing industries.
• Minimum 5 years leading large-scale technical programs, supporting technology transfer from R&D into high-volume manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in EHS or related engineering/technical discipline; CSP or CIH preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, implement, and continuously improve corporate EHS&S Management Systems across sites.
• Prioritize, sequence, and de-risk EHS&S workstreams for technology transfer and scale-up.
• Design centralized databases, KPIs, and governance tools for cross-organization data visibility.
• Distill risks into executive briefings and facilitate mitigation across programs.
• Lead cross-functional steering committees to align on EHS investments and roadmaps.
