Job summary

Solventum in Monrovia, CA seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead the site EHS program, drive regulatory compliance, and build a strong safety culture. You will steward the EHS system, mentor the team, and collaborate with leadership to align safety goals with plant targets.

The role requires a strong background in EHS, supervisory experience, and knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, with a focus on risk reduction and program implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7+ years in Environmental Health, Safety, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• OR High School Diploma with 11+ years in Environmental Health, Safety, Engineering, and/or Manufacturing.
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Master’s degree or higher in EHS/Engineering or related field is a plus.
• Ten years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide environment, health and safety leadership and direction for the Monrovia site.
• Manage EHS program plans, investigations and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and related agencies.
• Develop and coach the EHS team and promote a culture of full compliance.
