You will drive EMS, SIPS, and ISO 14001/45001 efforts, manage ammonia safety programs, and coordinate with management on security plans and risk management.

The role emphasizes training, incident investigations, and KPI-driven leadership to improve safety culture and environmental stewardship across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, health and safety or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant EHS experience.
• 2+ years in team leadership or project management.
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and on-call shifts; travel occasional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS programs ensuring OSHA, EPA, and company standards compliance.
• Lead EMS, SIPS, and ISO 14001/45001 certification efforts and audits.
• Reduce injuries and costs through incident reviews and training.
• Monitor permits and enforce safety and environmental compliance.
• Communicate KPIs and drive action plans with the team.
