Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant EHS experience.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and be on-call when required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS program management and updates at the Des Moines site.
• Assist with Process Safety Management/Risk Management plan requirements for ammonia systems.
• Track and report key EHS metrics including incident rates and audits.
• Support ISO certification efforts (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and EMS programs.
• Provide training alignment for production staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
