Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager for 1st Shift to lead regional EHS programs across multiple sites in the U.S. and Canada, embedding a strong safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5–7 years in EH&S with supervisory experience, and a solid background in regulatory affairs, audits, and ESG reporting. Travel and site leadership are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of EH&S experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and state environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Experience with risk assessment, audits and ESG reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS programs and audits across multiple sites.
• Develop and monitor KPI trends, ESG reporting, and safety initiatives.
• Coach site EHS professionals to embed a strong safety culture.
• Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with permits.
