Job summary

Forgen is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the implementation and administration of the EHS Program across multiple projects. The role includes coordinating audits, developing HASPs, supervising EHS staff, and conducting training to promote Incident and Injury Free performance.

You will ensure compliance with policies, perform air sampling and risk assessments, and communicate safety performance to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in safety, engineering, construction or a related discipline.
Minimum five years of experience managing safety programs in civil, environmental, or general construction settings, including high-end safety programs.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive on behalf of company business.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the EHS program across projects to drive Incident and Injury Free performance.
Develop and administer HASPs, conduct project audits, and coordinate incident investigations.
Provide safety training and coaching to project teams and EHS staff; ensure compliance with safety policies.
Participate in audits, inspections, and safety campaigns; liaise with client representatives.
Maintain Safety Observations, inspections, training data, and incident reports in EHS system.
