Job summary
Forgen is seeking an Area Safety & Health Manager to lead the Safety & Health Program across multiple projects in the Texas region. You will drive a culture of safety excellence, mentor field teams, and partner with project leadership to identify risks and implement best practices.
The role requires strategic and operational leadership, travel to project sites, and a strong ability to influence at all levels.
Qualifications
- Lead safety program across multiple projects with accountability for results.
- Mentor and develop Safety & Health professionals and project leadership.
- Identify risks, implement best practices, ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and standardize safety policies, procedures, and training.
- Travel to project sites as required to support field teams.
Responsibilities
- Champion Forgen's safety culture and IIF commitment.
- Lead regional safety teams and direct reports across projects.
- Coach Safety & Health Managers, Specialists, and coordinators.
- Drive proactive safety culture focused on prevention and continuous improvement.
- Lead implementation and execution of the Safety & Health Program across projects.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
