Job summary

Forgen is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead the development and administration of the EHS Program across projects in North America. You will supervise staff, conduct audits, and drive safety excellence on high-demand projects.

Responsibilities include developing HASPs, training teams, leading incident investigations, and delivering data-driven safety narratives to leadership. A proactive, collaborative safety leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, construction or related discipline.
• BCSP designation (e.g., CSP, CHST, STS) preferred.
• Five+ years managing safety programs in civil, environmental or general construction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program development and governance across multiple projects.
• Perform incident investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop and administer Health and Safety Plans (HASPs) and AHAs.
• Deliver safety training, coaching, and mentoring to project teams.
• Provide data and narratives to leadership on safety performance.
• Maintain compliance with HASP alignment with client requirements.
