Job summary

Forgen seeks an EHS Manager to lead and administer the company-wide EHS program across multiple projects, ensuring high safety standards and compliance. You will supervise EHS staff, conduct audits, develop HASPs, and mentor teams on best practices to minimize risk and promote a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include training, incident investigations, data reporting, and collaboration with Operations to embed safety into daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, construction or related discipline.
• BCSP designation (e.g., CSP, CHST, STS) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing safety programs in civil, environmental, or construction sectors, including high-end safety programs.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive for company business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct reports for EHS program oversight.
• Develop and administer HASPs and safety policies aligned with client requirements.
• Drive a culture of Incident and Injury Free performance across projects.
• Coordinate project EHS audits, incident investigations, and training.
• Provide data-driven safety metrics and guidance to leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations to integrate safety into project planning and execution.
