Job summary

Forest River Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to cultivate a healthy, accident-free workplace by embedding EHS and sustainability principles across the site.

The role requires guiding employee awareness, engagement, and accountability while developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS systems to manage risk and drive continuous improvement. You will lead training programs, track EHS metrics, provide technical support for incidents and compliance, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene, safety sciences, environmental sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of EHS management experience.
• CSP, CHMM, or related professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the EHS Excellence system to increase awareness, engagement, and accountability.
• Develop programs addressing injury prevention, risk management, and environmental protection per regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations including monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting.
