Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5–7 years of EHS management experience, and preferred CSP/CHMM certification.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, NFPA, etc.
• Ability to analyze data to drive performance improvements.
• Develops, implements, and communicates EHS policies and training.
• Builds collaborative relationships with leadership to drive culture of EHS Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Implement and promote EHS Excellence system to raise awareness and accountability.
• Develop programs addressing injury prevention, risk management, and environmental protection.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations including monitoring and reporting.
• Develop strategic training on EHS policies and company standards.
• Track EHS metrics to analyze performance and engagement.
• Provide technical EHS support including investigations and ergonomic assessments.
• Coordinate waste management with vendors per regulations.
• Form and participate in EHS committees.
• Collaborate with local leadership to drive EHS culture.
