Advanced Recycling Technologies, LLC is hiring an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety programs across multiple sites in the US. You will develop, implement, and monitor policies ensuring OSHA, EPA, DOT compliance and drive a culture of safety.

This role requires regular travel to various company locations for trainings and inspections. You will conduct safety training, audits, incident investigations, maintain OSHA logs, and partner with operations leadership to maintain a

Qualifications

• First Aid certification is required or preferred.
• 5–7 years of related EHS experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and local OSHA standards across all sites.
• Maintain EPA and state environmental compliance related to stormwater, SPCC, universal waste and hazardous waste.
• Conduct regular facility inspections at all locations.
• Develop and implement EHS policies tailored to operations.
• Manage hazardous waste disposal, stormwater runoff, and air quality monitoring.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and SOP development.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA logs (300, 300A, 301) and reporting of recordable events.
• Lead safety meetings and coach employees on safe work practices.
• Assist with regulatory inspections and environmental reporting.
