Bunge in Decatur, IN is hiring an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs and drive a best-in-class EHS culture. You will champion safety, manage incidents and training, and collaborate with plant leadership and Corporate EHS teams to improve performance.

The role emphasizes strong technical EHS expertise, communication, and the ability to implement effective safety programs across the facility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental/Health Science, Engineering, or closely related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in safety and environmental fields.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and technical expertise in all EHS matters for the plant and champion a safety-first culture.
• Implement, maintain, and update EHS programs and plans to meet company standards and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal rules and maintain permits and records.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Track, investigate, and analyze injuries, illnesses, near misses, and environmental incidents; implement corrective actions.
