Job summary

Bunge is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager in Gibson City, Illinois. You will provide EHS leadership, implement safety programs, coach staff, and ensure regulatory and corporate compliance across the plant.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of safety/environmental experience. You will drive training, run audits, manage incidents, and support safety programs tied to SIF and HPE improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental/Health Science, Engineering, or closely related degree.
• 10+ years of safety and environmental experience required.
• Proven ability to improve SIF potential incidents and high potential exposures.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership and technical expertise for the plant.
• Implement, maintain, and update EHS standards and programs.
• Coach and develop employees to foster a safety-first culture.
• Deliver EHS training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor compliance with permits, regulations, and corporate standards.
• Lead incident tracking, investigation, and preventive actions.
• Support Process Safety Management and Risk Management plans.
