Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) seeks an experienced EHS leader to guide site managers and employees in complying with EHS requirements and GMP standards. You will conduct internal audits, support external audits, and design corrective actions to drive safety and compliance across sites.

You will develop EHS awareness programs, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigations, while leading continuous improvement through OPEX principles and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience including management and technical knowledge.
• CSP or CIH professional certification preferred.
• Experience in distribution environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of OPEX principles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to site managers and employees on EHS requirements and corrective actions.
• Develop and conduct EHS awareness and safety programs for sites.
• Identify EHS risks and define proactive mitigations.
• Ensure changes in processes comply with EHS and GMP requirements.
• Create, implement, and monitor the site EHS plan with leadership.
• Analyze incidents and provide reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
