Job summary

PureCycle seeks an experienced EHS Manager to develop and direct environmental and health/safety activities at the Ironton site under OEMS. You will lead the EHSQ program, manage a direct-report EHS specialist, and coordinate with corporate EHSQ for support and guidance.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, record-keeping, and audits, plus overseeing training and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• BS in environmental/safety discipline is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of direct supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ANSI and EPA regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experience with EHSQ Platforms (Enablon, Intelex).
• Familiarity with EHS-related ISO systems.
• Proficient with modern workplace software.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, Local and Internal requirements and reporting.
• Leads EHSQ program at the facility and coordinates EHS specialists.
• Oversees environmental compliance record-keeping, reporting, monitoring and permit actions.
• Participates in Process Safety Management activities including PHAs, MOCs, PSM audits.
• Manages site safety training and incident investigations.
• Coordinates contractors and ensures worker safety.
• Supports corrective and preventive actions and regulatory compliance programs.
