Job summary

INA Solution is seeking a senior EHS leader to own workplace safety culture and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will build programs, lead audits, investigations, and training to prevent incidents and protect people.

In this leadership role, you will mentor site safety staff, track metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards, fostering a proactive safety mindset across the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of EHS experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ISO 14001/45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage EHS programs to keep the company compliant with OSHA, EPA, DOT and other regs.
• Lead audits and inspections and translate findings into improvements.
• Own incident investigations from root cause to corrective action.
• Train employees and leadership on safety best practices.
• Track EHS metrics to guide safety decisions.
• Maintain current emergency response plans and test them regularly.
• Mentor site-level safety staff or coordinators.
