Snack Innovations is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead safety programs at our NJ manufacturing facility. You will develop and monitor programs, train teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across OSHA and environmental requirements.

You will partner with plant leadership to set safety goals, investigate incidents, and drive improvements across operations, maintenance, and engineering in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• At least three years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• OSHA General Industry knowledge and regulatory familiarity.
• OSHA 30-hour preferred; ASP or CSP a plus.
• Experience with risk assessments, audits, training, and corrective actions.
• Ability to work across shifts and influence safety culture.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs to prevent injuries and damage.
• Partner with plant management to set safety goals and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental compliance; maintain records.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations.
• Review new equipment for safety risks and implement controls.
• Investigate injuries and near misses; document findings and actions.
• Lead the plant safety committee and promote safety improvements.
• Identify training needs and coordinate required safety training.
• Provide regular safety and environmental reports to leadership.
