ALOIS Solutions seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead site-wide safety, environmental, and health initiatives in a 24/7 manufacturing environment in Utah.

You will develop and enforce EHS policies, manage risk assessments, investigations, and regulatory compliance, and drive safety performance using IWS tools. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to coordinate with corporate teams and authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EHS programs in a manufacturing setting.

We’re looking for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead site-wide safety, security, health, and environmental initiatives for a leading organization in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies, safety programs, and environmental compliance strategies.
• Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Drive safety performance improvement using Integrated Work System (IWS) tools and WISE² Safety processes.
• Manage environmental permitting, waste management, recycling, and waste minimization programs.
• Oversee Process Safety Management (PSM), Facility Response Plans, and Risk Management Plans.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to strengthen workplace safety awareness.
• Coordinate with facility leadership, corporate teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Support site security plans, audits, and environmental reporting initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Environmental Health & Safety within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action management.
• Familiarity with process safety, waste management, and environmental protection programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
