Job summary

CTI Foods seeks an experienced EHS professional to safeguard employees and ensure OSHA compliance across locations. You will analyze incidents, develop training programs, and lead new-employee safety onboarding.

Responsibilities include delivering safety training to leadership and staff, updating risk assessments, managing PPE, and supporting environmental reporting. You will partner with operations to drive continuous safety improvements and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EHS with heavy focus on safety.
• Demonstrated ability to significantly lower recordable incident rates.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety training for site leadership and employees.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and report injuries.
• Develop site risk assessments and job hazard analyses.
• Manage PPE and training records.
• Lead environmental reporting support and plant safety audits.
