Job summary

Everbrite, LLC is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to plan, direct and monitor compliance with EPA, DNR and OSHA standards. You will lead audits, training, and incident investigations across facilities, and drive safety programs from policy to implementation.

Travel is approximately 25% to field locations. The role requires a college degree in safety/environmental studies or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in safety/environmental studies or related engineering field.
• At least 3 years in plant safety or environmental roles.
• Strong computer skills and self-starting management style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate policies on EPA, DNR, OSHA requirements.
• Ensure submission of required environmental reports across facilities.
• Maintain and document safety training programs and supervise training resources.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies (DNR, EPA, OSHA, others) to uphold compliance.
• Conduct periodic inspections and prepare reports on machinery, emissions, water discharge, and hazardous waste.
• Ensure all facilities are compliant with safety and health regulations.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and develop corrective actions.
• Assist in capital equipment acquisitions to meet safety and environmental standards; conduct tests.
• Develop emergency response procedures for fire, weather, and evacuation.
• Oversee safety personnel to ensure Hazardous Communication labeling and SDS maintenance.
• Perform other related duties; travel approximately 25% to field locations."],
