Job summary

Lock Search Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead and continually improve safety programs across the organization. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure compliance and a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate will supervise safety initiatives, conduct investigations, manage training, and collaborate with leadership to address risks in industrial, construction or manufacturing environments. Travel about 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in occupational safety within industrial, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
• Credentialed safety professional credentials such as OHST/CHST or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of safety programs.
• Advise leadership on safety priorities, risks and compliance.
• Coordinate safety training programs and budgets.
• Promote proactive safety culture across the organization.
• Provide coaching on safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections, investigations and trend analyses.
• Prepare reports on safety performance and corrective actions.
