Job summary

Epic Piping is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead the Environmental, Health, and Safety team across designated sites. This role supervises the Safety Specialist and travels to conduct audits, inspections, and root cause analyses while delivering hands-on EHS leadership.

The EHS Manager will drive safety initiatives, ensure regulatory alignment, and foster continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with EHS compliance and OSHA standards.
• Valide (Valid) driver’s license and ability to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, improve, and coordinate safety programs across designated sites.
• Lead investigations of accidents and near-misses; conduct root cause analysis.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure CMV safety compliance.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across assigned sites.
• Identify gaps in safety performance and develop targeted programs.
