Job summary

Epic Piping is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead the Environmental, Health, and Safety efforts across designated sites. The role requires travel for audits, inspections, root cause analysis, and hands-on EHS leadership to drive improvements and regulatory alignment.

You will collaborate with site leadership and employees to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and promote a strong safety culture. This role emphasizes planning, implementing, and overseeing EHS programs with OSHA and other

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (2-year college or technical school) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with EHS compliance and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, improve, and coordinate safety programs across designated sites.
• Lead investigations of accidents and near-misses; conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure CMV safety compliance.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across assigned sites.
• Identify gaps in safety performance and develop targeted programs to address deficiencies.
• Initiate and promote safety awareness programs to foster employee engagement and proactive safety behavior.
