Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs across our New Jersey manufacturing facility. You will act as SME for OSHA, EPA, NJDEP and related regs while fostering a proactive safety culture on the floor.

You will lead the EHS function, coaching the EHS Specialist and coordinating with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to environmental stewardship and workplace safety excellence.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and NJDEP regulations.
• Experience implementing EHS programs within manufacturing, industrial, or heavy manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the EHS Specialist and oversee consultants and contractors.
• Lead internal and external EHS audits and track corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and continually improve safety and environmental programs.
