Job summary

Precision Castparts seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to develop and maintain environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across its NJ facility. You will act as SME for OSHA, EPA, NJDEP, and other regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture.

You will lead EHS strategy and hands-on execution, manage the EHS Specialist, and liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure robust compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environment or related field required.
• Progressive EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NJDEP regulations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise EHS staff and lead safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Develop, implement, and improve EHS programs and training.
• Prepare EHS metrics, reports, and action plans for leadership.
