Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across the Rockaway, NJ facility.

You will serve as SME for OSHA, EPA, NJDEP and related regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture. You will lead the EHS team, supervise one EHS Specialist, liaise with regulators and auditors, and drive continuous improvement in compliance, training, incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environment or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Professional certifications such as CSP/ASP preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive a safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Lead inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections with NJDEP/OSHA.
• Manage permits, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Lead continuous improvement in EHS performance.
• Supervise EHS Specialist and coordinate with contractors.
